Luxury apartment villas with peaceful and quiet surroundings, a breathtaking view of the castle, the Apollo bridge, the Danube River and other dominant features of Bratislava. We present the residential project Golden Vineyard Residences – exclusive living in villas. There are 2 villas with 7 luxury apartments of sizes ranging from 100 to 300 sqm, the 300 sqm apartment can be divided into 2 separate units with private entrances. Each flat has its own terrace, 2 bathrooms, garage and parking space and depending on the choice of the flat - sauna and jacuzzi.
